In contrast, the right brain excels in processing emotions, spatial perception, creativity, and intuition, favoring a parallel and holistic processing. We delve into the intricacies of cognition and consciousness, examining current theories of the brain that illuminate the nature of consciousness through concepts such as symmetry breaking and quantum correlations, where consciousness emerges from dissipative brain activity. An external stimulus can break symmetry and initiate a dialogue between perceived reality and its mental representation.
